Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes, deposits and refunds are handled for rentals with Absolute Auto Rental.

Free cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late cancellation and no-show

Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup, or no-shows at the agreed pickup time, may be charged up to one rental day depending on the vehicle category and preparation costs.

Booking changes

Pickup time, drop-off time, vehicle choice or location changes can be requested via WhatsApp or phone. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the final rental price.

Security deposit refund

The refundable security deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected and returned in its original condition, with no new damage, missing fuel, unpaid fines, smoking/cleaning charges or late-return charges.

Fuel, fines and damage deductions

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, new damage, traffic fines, parking fines or other rental-related charges, the applicable amount may be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance is refunded to the customer.

How to request cancellation

To cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or email and include your name, selected vehicle, pickup date and pickup location.
