• Your name and contact details, including phone number, WhatsApp ID and email.
• Driving license and ID/passport details required to verify eligibility to drive.
• Booking details, including pickup/drop-off dates, locations and vehicle selected.
• Payment and deposit information processed for the rental.

2. How we use your information

We use this information to process and confirm your booking, verify your identity and driving eligibility, communicate about your rental, manage deposits and payments, handle damage claims, and comply with legal and insurance requirements.

3. Vehicle GPS / telematics data

Our vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking devices for fleet safety, anti-theft protection and roadside assistance. Location data is used only for these purposes and is not shared with third parties except where required by law, insurance claims or fleet protection needs.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with insurance providers in the event of a claim, local authorities where required by law, and service providers that support our booking communication, such as WhatsApp/Meta, subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain booking and identification records for as long as required by Albanian tax, insurance and business record-keeping regulations, after which they are securely deleted or archived according to legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.
